Exhibitors are encouraged to complete the form below to have their press event included on the official NAB Show News Conference Schedule and promoted to journalists covering NAB Show. Exhibitors may also use this form to reserve the News Briefing Room, room N249, in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Free of charge by reservation, the room is scheduled on the hour for 45 minutes, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily, April 15 – 18, 2023.

Please allow our team time to work on submitted requests. We appreciate your patience as we work to schedule your news conference. Exhibitors will be notified once their submission has been accepted and published on the News Conference Schedule or if further information is required.

Exhibitors with questions about news conferences may contact Laura Riggs at lriggs.nabshow@gmail.com. Please allow one week after submitted requests for any follow-up questions.

News Conference & Briefing Room Details

The News Conference Room, located at N249, is available on a first-come, first served basis, free of charge. It is scheduled on the hour for one hour and comes equipped with the following:

  • Row seating for 75+
